Ingredients:
1 kilo liempo
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup calamansi juice
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp sugar
pepper
preparation:
add all ingredients together and marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Grill 15 minutes on each side and basting with the marinade from time to time until cooked.
